Data we collect

We collect account details (name, work email, company), usage telemetry from the product interface, integration metadata needed to sync storefronts and messaging tools, and support conversations you initiate with our team.

We do not sell personal data. Event payloads may contain shopper identifiers supplied by your systems; you control what fields are forwarded into PulseHarbor.

Scope and roles

PulseHarbor acts as a processor on behalf of your organization for shopper data you import, and as a controller for account, billing, and product analytics data needed to operate vestha.digital.

If you use connectors maintained by third parties, their terms also apply. We document subprocessors we rely on for hosting, logging, and email delivery in our trust materials available on request.

Retention

Account data is kept while your workspace is active and for up to twenty-four months afterward unless a longer period is required for disputes or regulatory requests.

Shopper profiles and activation logs follow the retention window you configure, with a platform minimum of thirty days for operational recovery. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.

Contacting us

For privacy questions, email [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject line. We respond within ten business days for requests sent from an authorized domain associated with your workspace.

If you are not yet a customer, include enough context for us to route your request without retaining unnecessary personal data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Korean customers may also lodge complaints with competent authorities.

Authorized administrators may exercise many of these rights directly inside the workspace; other requests will be verified before action.

Third parties

We use infrastructure and email delivery partners that may process limited personal data on our instructions. We assess their quality standards and contractual safeguards on a recurring basis.

When you activate a connector, data flows according to that vendor’s documentation. You remain responsible for lawful basis and notices to end customers.

How we use data

We use account and telemetry data to operate, secure, and improve PulseHarbor, including training aggregate models that do not identify individuals.

We may send product education and lifecycle guidance. You can opt out of non-essential email while still receiving operational notices.
